Penny joined graze in October 2016 to build the first category management function for the UK retail business. She then also took on the Shopper Marketing function, stretching her remit from creating the category vision through to step changing in-store execution. Since joining, she has been instrumental in pivoting the business into Take Home Grocery Retailing, where almost 80% of snacking products are purchased. Most recently Penny's role has expanded to cover the Group Category development function, working across both the US and European markets. In just shy of three years in UK retail, the graze portfolio now spans five different product formats sited in four categories in-store, with a Retail Sales Value of £50m.
